White Chocolate Easter Eggs

Make your own white chocolate Easter eggs! It’s easy by filling an egg shell with melted white chocolate. Use dust food colours for colouring!

3 eggs
300 g white chocolate
dust food colours

Make a hole on top of the egg with a needle. Break the egg yolk with a cocktail stick. Empty the egg and wash with water. Repeat with as many eggs you want to make. Heat the egg shells in the oven at 150 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or over simmering water and colour it. Pour the chocolate into the egg shells and let set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
