These vintage style fudges are wonderfully easy to make! And the taste makes your heart melt <3
2 tbsp butter
4 dl double cream
4 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar or a drop of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Melt butter in a pan. Add rest of the ingredients and cook constantly stirring for 35 minutes or until a caramel drop dropped in cold water keeps it’s shape. Pour the caramel on a baking paper. Let it cool and cut the shapes with gingerbread cookie cutters.
