S’mores is one of my favorite sweet things! So I decided to turn it into an ice cream cake! Delicious home made ice cream is super easy to make with condenced milk!
S’MORES ICE CREAM CAKE
150 g Digestive biscuits
75 g butter
1 dl condensed milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 dl whipping cream
50 g dark chocolate
1 dl mini-sized marshmallows
DECORATION
2 dl mini-sized marshmallows
Chocolate sauce or chocolate suryp
INSTRUCTIONS
Line the bottom of a 16 cm size round cake pan with removable bottom with baking paper. Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press the mixture on the base and sides of the cake pan. Put the tin in the fridge.
Mix condenced milk and cocoa powder. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Fold the milk mixture, chocolate pieces and mini-sized marshmallows into the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Decorate the cake with marshmallows and chocolate sauce.
