This absolutely delicious mud cake is amazingly easy to make. Mix all ingredients, bake and serve with Dulche de leche and a pinch of salt.
SALTED CARAMEL MUD CAKE
100g butter
2 eggs (medium size)
2 dl sugar
2 dl wheat flour
1 dl cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1/2 can of Dulche De Leche
salt flakes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Butter and line a 6 inch cake tin.
Beat together eggs and sugar. Add melted butter.
Mix all dry ingredients and add them to the egg mixture through a sieve.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the middle of oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve the cake with Dulche de leche and salt flakes.
