This Rocky Road is the easiest cake ever! Only three ingredients and no oven needed! You can replace the peanuts with cookies if the cake doesn’t need to be gluten-free.
ROCKY ROAD CAKE
250 g dark chocolate or milk chocolate
2 dl mini marshmallows
1 dl salted peanuts
1 dl mini marshmallows
1/2 dl salted peanuts
Line a 15 cm cake tin with baking paper. Melt the chocolate and add the marshmallows and peanuts. Spread the mix into the pan and decorate with marshmallows and peanuts. Let set in the fridge for about an hour. Transfer onto a serving plate.
