Peanut Butter Mudcake

Easy Peanut Butter Mudcake. Just mix everything in a bowl and decorate with some peanut butter. I think baking should be easy and fun!

Peanut Butter Mudcake

  • Total Time: 10 min + 20 min baking
  • Yield: 12 pieces 1x
  • Method: Mix & Bake

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 dl sugar (1 ½ cup + 3 tbsp)
  • 200 g butter (7 oz)
  • 4 dl all-purpose flour (1 ½ cup + 3 tbsp)
  • 2 dl cocoa powder (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 dl peanut butter (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius (392 °F). Butter and line a 25 cm size pan.

Mix the eggs and the sugar. Add the melted butter. Mix all the dry ingredients and add them into the dough. Pour the dough into the pan and even out the surface. Add the peanut butter on the pie using two spoons and make patterns with a knife.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 min. The pie should be really moist in the center so don’t bake too long.

Peanut butter is a beautiful, super easy and delicious decoration for a lovely mudcake.
The center of the cake is supposed to be really moist so don’t bake the cake too long.
