Easy Mint Chocolate Fudge

This fudge is really easy to make using chocolate and condensed milk! No cooking needed. Easy Mint Chocolate Fudge is a perfect sweet for christmas.



40 pieces
10 min + 1 h solidification

gluten free, egg free

200 g white chocolate
200 g dark chocolate
1 tin (397 g) condensed milk
Peppermint extract
Blue food colouring paste



Melt the chocolates in separate bowls and divide the condensed milk evenly into both melted chocolates. Heat a bit more if needed. Add a couple of drops of peppermint extract and blue food colouring into the white chocolate mix. Spread both chocolate mixtures on baking paper making patterns with a knife. Let set in the fridge for at least an hour and cut into pieces.
