I tested the social media phenomenon whipped coffee called dalgona. I loved the texture of the foam so much that I decided to try to make flower pipings with the coffee. Beautiful flowers were easy to pipe with a star nozzle and a leaf nozzle. Dalgona coffee is quite strong and sweet so I think the flavour works best as iced coffee. But if you like to add sugar to your regular coffee this recipe works well with hot milk as well. I hope you’ll enjoy piping flowers with coffee!
