Chocolate Bar Cake recipe

  • 7 1/2 dl all-purpose flour (3 cups + 2 tbsp)
  • 4 1/2 dl granulated sugar (1 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g natural yoghurt (14 oz)
  • 300 g butter (10.5 oz)
  • 4 chopped Mars chocolate bars
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius (347 °F). Butter and flour the bundt cake form with all-purpose flour.

Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix the eggs, yoghurt and melted butter. Add the dry ingredients into the dough through a sieve. Fold in the Mars chocolate bar pieces.

Pour the dough into the cake form. Bake on the lowest level of the oven for about 1 hour until only a couple of crumbs stick to a test stick. Don’t bake too long.

Decorate the cake with some icing sugar.
