This lovely banana cake is really easy to make and tastes delicious!
BANANA NUTELLA CAKE
INTO THE TIN
butter
breadcrumbs
BANANA CAKE
4 1/2 dl flour
2 dl sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 bananas
175 g melted butter
200 g sour cream
ICING
1/2 dl Nutella
2 tsp vegetable oil
DECORATION
Hazel nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celcius. Butter a 1,5-2 litre cake tin and add the bread crumbs.
Mix all the dry ingredients of the banana cake. Smash the bananas and add melted butter and the sour cream. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes.
Heat the Nutella in a microwave oven for a couple of seconds. Add vegetable oil. Decorate the cake.
