  • 200 g Digestive biscuits (7 oz)
  • 75 g butter (2.75 oz)
  • 200 g pecans (7 oz)
  • 2 cans (á 397 g) of condensed caramel


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius (392 °F).
Butter and line a 28 cm loose base pie pan.
Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter.
Press the mixture onto the bottom and sides of the pan.
Pour the condensed caramel into the pan and sprinkle the pecans on the caramel.
Bake on the lowest level of the oven for 20 minutes.
