3 Ingredient Salted Liquorice Ice Cream

Easy Salted Liquorice Ice Cream Recipe


  • 4 dl whipping cream (1 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
  • 1 dl condensed milk (1/4 cup + 3 tbsp)
  • 3 tbsp salted liquorice powder

For the salted liquorice sauce

  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp salted liquorice powder


  1. Whip the cream.
  2. Fold in the condensed milk and the salted liquorice powder.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the salted liquorice sauce.
  4. Place a large open star nozzle into a piping bag.
  5. Pour the salted liquorice sauce into the bag so that it forms a stripe.
  6. Pour the ice cream into the bag and pipe into a loaf pan.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours
