My new book ONLY 3 is out now!

For my 6th baking book I created a collection of delicious recipes with ONLY 3 ingredients! My dear friend Viola Virtamo took the photos for the book and designed the beautiful layout.

With the instructions of this book, you can fill a dessert table with sweet treats incredibly easily! Can you believe that a delicious cheesecake can be made from Only 3 ingredients? With fewer ingredients, there are also less phases in the recipes. Baking is faster, but you also spend less time wandering around the grocery store looking for ingredients – not to mention washing dishes!

Many of the recipes in this book are easy to make together with kids. The recipes also come in handy at the summer cottage, as you don’t need a long list of ingredients to take with you. This book is for everyone, from experienced bakers to beginners.

The recipes will change the way you think about baking. No need to add eggs to the Key Lime Pie and New York Cheesecake Pie, which takes away some of the worries about getting the consistency right. Simply put, there are less phases that could go wrong! The beautiful mousse cakes are made without gelatine, creating a lovely, smooth texture.
